Nice as always

Its cool man, I just noticed the last snare drum in the end of each transition of the song, if I were to compare it to a drummer I'd say he might have made a little mistake in those parts heheh.. like in the very end of the song. Keep 'em cummin!

sonicxtreme responds:

nope, that are the fpc beats. its what makes a house beat style......not an error...anyway tnx

Cool stuff

I like the it, very catchy. You know what the song could be great for commercials, ever thought of that? The off-beat part in the ending was a bit strange, it kinda sounds too out of place though I know it was your intention. Keep up the good work!

Nice work

I'm a big fan of both the Gerudo valley song and Naruto, I love what you did with the song. Eventhough it was from a game, how you executed it was really quite original in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

Good work

I like the whole composition of the song and this is really good stuff. It was cut short though.. and it could use a bit more variety or effects. I think you have the ears for making cool songs already, so you just have to keep workin on improving the technical side like how you actually execute them, and eventually you'll get there. Keep up the nice work!

sonicxtreme responds:

yea..i made it short to fit cus i have another version to this....more than 5 mins and better quality.anyway thanks a lot for your review....peace

Weird eerie.. nice

Its like the twilight zone mixed with an Egyptian melody.. kinda twisted, but original. I would have liked it better if you put a bit more amp decay in the kick though, since the beat is simple, might as well make it sound more broken.

sonicxtreme responds:

well i...can try that a bit...if you want the modified on...got my msn on my profile...anyway tnx

Nice solo!

Cool man I loved the guitar solo! But the background music you were following was from the original FF7 sound track? Nevertheless the solo was original so I gave you an 8 in that department. The background music sounded like it was ripped from a casette tape recording of FF7 so you might wanna change that. Stil nice work!

TritoneAngel responds:

Thanks for the review dude! In my defense, the part at the end is actually just something I noticed -- the riff that's played in the song is very similar to the song from "Gurgu Volcano" in FF1; I just sort of brought that to the forefront.

The background is a midi rendering of the song, tweaked such that the instrumentation is just matched really well to the original sound. Not a direct rip.

Nice!

I see you're another Chrome victim... anyways I like your style, very cool, kinda minimalist and restrained to a certain level. Be hearin more of your stuff!

Yes I can see it!

I mean about the light heheh.. I also listened to the first version, the crash in the intro part was kinda annoying but see you removed it. You could also add a bit more variety and continuity. In short this one's much better and I like it!

sonicxtreme responds:

tnx..for your review

cool loop!

Sounds unorthodox enough to match it with a nice funky bass and guitar groove... nice work with this one! Wish the snare drum or whatever that faint sound is would have been a wee bit louder though heheh

sonicxtreme responds:

yea....ok tnx

good blend

I like the way you integrated the riffs and it blends altogether quite well. I also like the idea switching from a calm, mellow mood into a much rougher one, but I think you can still improve on the transition.

sonicxtreme responds:

tnx man...
